FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on ENTIRE STORE! US only. Option to upgrade shipping speed is available at checkout for an additional charge.

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (does not include weekends or holidays) although most orders are made and shipped within 3 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS first class mail unless a shipping upgrade is purchased. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed for these services by USPS or UPS. There are no refunds or returns for shipping delays. Quality Time Designs Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for assistance.

***Our shop will be closed July 20th-30th. Our website will still be available to place orders, but no orders will be processed or shipped during this time. We will process all orders received before then as our inventory allows. If we do not have the supplies on hand to complete your order before our shop closes, your order will be processed on July 18th. We appreciate your understanding as our family enjoys our annual camping vacation!
